Welcome to our Graduate Admissions international student page. Hofstra University has a long tradition of welcoming international students to our campus, and we currently enroll international students from more than 65 different countries.

Located on Long Island, New York, students enjoy easy access to the cultural center of the world - New York City. In addition, they benefit from the wide array of internship opportunities in New York City and take advantage of the museums, Broadway shows, concerts, and restaurants. Hofstra's suburban campus is easily accessible, near two major airports (John F. Kennedy International Airport and LaGuardia Airport), along with abundant public transportation and Hofstra's own "Blue Beetle" shuttle.

International students attending Hofstra enjoy all the benefits of the American system of higher education at a safe, selective, and private campus that values diversity and promotes cross-cultural understanding.
