The Hofstra Bulletins (powered by Acalog) serve as a student’s official academic contract with the University. They outline degree requirements and other essential academic information, along with summaries of the educational and cultural resources available to students and the community.
The Bulletins include the University’s mission and goals and provide information about Hofstra’s degrees, majors, minors, academic departments, student life, and campus activities. They also contain descriptions of the academic programs and courses offered by Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Sciences; Hofstra University Honors College; Frank G. Zarb School of Business; The Lawrence Herbert School of Communication; School of Education; Fred DeMatteis School of Engineering and Applied Science; School of Health Sciences; and Hofstra Northwell School of Graduate Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies.
Information about the academic programs offered by the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell is available directly from those schools.
Also included in the Bulletins is information concerning admissions, academic policies, regulation and requirements, academic offerings, services and facilities available to students, as well as a list of Hofstra administrators and faculty.
All Hofstra University Bulletins (Undergraduate, Graduate Studies, January Session, and Summer Sessions) are available online only. The programs of instruction, the academic calendar, and personnel announced in this Bulletin are subject to change at the discretion of the administration. Notice of such changes will be on record in the Office of Academic Records.
