The Lawrence Herbert School of Communication offers Master of Arts (MA) degrees in Journalism and Public Relations.
Our MA in Journalism prepares students to become skilled providers of news, as well as communicators capable of using all forms of new and traditional media. This is a professional program of advanced studies designed to prepare you to enter and excel in the rapidly changing world of journalism. Our MA in Public Relations qualifies students to assume a variety of leadership roles within the field. This program is designed emphasize the management, research, best practices, writing, and communication skills required within the public relations profession.
