The Student Access Services achieves our mission by:
- Providing support and equal access to students with disabilities
- Offering services that are tailored to meet the needs of individuals based on their specific, appropriately documented requirements, while preserving Hofstra’s academic integrity and high standards of academic expectations and performance
Request for Reasonable Accommodation Forms
Students requesting reasonable accommodations based on a disability must complete a Request for Reasonable Accommodations Form found below; each form must be accompanied by supporting documentation. All completed requests are reviewed in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and other federal laws pertaining to disability and higher education.

Hofstra University reviews reasonable accommodation requests for housing throughout the year in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
