Dean's Message
As dean of Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (HCLAS), I am delighted to welcome you to our webpage. Our college is the academic home for students, faculty, and staff in over 100 different undergraduate and graduate degree-granting programs, organized into four different schools: the School of Education; the School of Humanities, Fine and Performing Arts; the Peter S. Kalikow School of Government, Public Policy, and International Affairs; and the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.

HCLAS Dean's Advisory Board
The Dean's Advisory Board of Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Sciences consists of Hofstra College alumni and friends of Hofstra. They are responsible for advising administrators and providing input concerning educational programs, events, student opportunities, and facilities and operations. The Advisory Board is essentially responsible for ensuring that the college continues to excel and educate well-rounded students in the liberal arts. The Advisory Board is also a networking tool for both students and alumni. Each Advisory Board member brings something unique to the college, and we are proud to introduce each one of them to you.
