All accepted graduate students must submit Medical Records to the Health and Wellness Center.

- HofstraCard Services
Visit the HofstraCard Services Office, which is located in 104 Mack Student Center (on the north side of campus) to obtain your Hofstra ID card.
- Parking Permits
Visit the David S. Mack Public Safety and Information Center, which is located at the corner of Hempstead Turnpike and California Avenue (on the south side of campus) to obtain your parking permit.
