Housing Accommodations

If you are requesting housing accommodations for an upcoming semester, please fill out the application for services, a self-disclosure form and send us documentation of your disability if you are not already registered with SSD.

Please note that submission of the appropriate disability documentation does not guarantee housing accommodations. Housing accommodations may be granted pending the timeliness of the request being made and housing availability.
