TEXT MESSAGING SETUP FOR BILLING AND PAYMENT

Go to my.hofstra.edu portal:

  1. Select the Menu Icon.
  2. Under Student Services (for current students), select Student Payment Center (recent graduates and prior students, select Alumni Services or Prior Student Services).
  3. Click Personal Profile on the right, under My Profile Setup.
  4. Click Edit next to Mobile Number.
  5. Enter your mobile number, select your carrier, then click Save.
  6. Click the box next to “Send me additional text message notifications about my account events (such as new bills or upcoming payments).”
  7. A “User Profile” box will pop up. Review the agreement and click OK.
