The Global Capstone is a required practicum for the Executive MBA program and an optional experience for Online MBA students. This immersive, 7–10 day international experience offers hands-on learning in global business environments, allowing students to apply concepts from the program’s five integrated themes. Past destinations have included Spain, Japan, South Africa, and Rome.

For EMBA students, trip costs are included in the program’s all-inclusive tuition; Online MBA students participate for an additional fee. The experience covers roundtrip economy airfare, accommodations at four- to five-star hotels (double occupancy), meals, ground transportation, local guides, and business site visits, along with cultural and sightseeing activities. Led by Hofstra faculty, the Global Capstone enhances the program’s global perspective and provides practical insights that support professional growth.
