Get ready to hit the field for an unforgettable week of football fun at 3rd & Ten Flag Football
Camp! This five-day, full-day co-ed camp gives young athletes the chance to experience the excitement of
football in a safe, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment - without the contact.
Camp focuses on the fundamentals of the game - passing, catching, route running, defense, and teamwork - through engaging drills, skill competitions, and scrimmages. Campers are grouped by age and ability to ensure an enjoyable and competitive experience for everyone, from first-time players to seasoned young athletes. Each day at 3rd & Ten Flag Football Camp is packed with energy, teamwork, and fun. Campers will enjoy a mix of structured instruction, organized games, and recreational activities throughout the day, making for a well-rounded and memorable summer experience. By the end of the week, every participant will have improved their football skills, built lasting friendships, and discovered the joy of playing the game - flag football style!
Led by experienced coaches and players, the camp emphasizes sportsmanship, strategy, and skill development while promoting confidence and teamwork both on and off the field.

Daily Highlights
- Dynamic warm-ups and speed/agility training
- Fundamental skill sessions: passing, catching, and defense
- Offensive and defensive play design
- Team strategy and flag football rules
- Daily scrimmages and team competitions
- Camper challenges, counselor games, and awards
What to Bring / Wear
- A cotton T-shirt and athletic shorts
- Sneakers or cleats
- A refillable water bottle to stay hydrated
- Bathing suit and towel for assigned swim days

Note: There is an additional fee for transportation for one-week sports academy camps.
