A Medication Request Form must be filled out by your child's physician, and must either be sent into the camp office ahead of time or accompany the medication being dropped off.

Medication must be in the original container, including the label with your campers name, dosage, and the prescriber's name.

Tuition for Hofstra Specialty camps two-week program includes transportation and lunch.

Hofstra Sports Academy Camps and Precollegiate Programs - Prices per week

Tuition for Hofstra Sports Academy and Precollegiate Programs one-week sessions include lunch - Transportation if you would like will be an additional $300.00 per week.
