Sarah Peres is an account manager at Open Influence, a global influencer marketing agency that partners with top brands to deliver custom creator campaigns across all major social platforms. Since joining Open Influence in 2021, Peres has advanced through three roles, using her industry expertise to build strong client relationships, mentor new team members, and manage multimillion-dollar influencer campaigns that reach millions online.

Outside of the office, Peres is a strong advocate for people with food allergies and celiac disease. Through her Instagram page, @sarahsallergyfreelife, she raises awareness, shares resources, and highlights safe restaurants for over 1,200 followers.

Peres is also a dedicated page at her local library, supervising programs and organizing children’s and teen book collections for hundreds of families every Saturday since 2016. Peres earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Hofstra University in 2020, where she graduated cum laude. As a student, she was the historian and PR chair for Alpha Phi Omega, the community service fraternity, where she oversaw the fraternity’s Instagram and managed all content ideas. She also participated in the Business Scholars Program, Circle K, and served as both a BBA mentor and Welcome Week leader.

Liane Sousa is an account executive for Compass Media Networks, an entertainment company with a growing portfolio of audio and web-based programs distributed to thousands of U.S. radio stations. In this role, she creates multi-platform advertising sales packages for leading national brands, leveraging the company’s national audio platform and broadcast talent.

Prior to joining Compass Media Networks in 2019, Sousa was the first female sports director at Hofstra University’s four-time Marconi award-winning radio station, WRHU FM. She was responsible for all weekly and monthly sports programming, managed a 50-member department, and assigned nearly 300 game broadcasts.

Sousa also produced and distributed all New York Islanders games to ESPN Radio NY, Sirius XM, NHL.com, WRCN FM, and WRHU FM. Additionally, she worked in the live in-game television production department at MLB Advanced Media and created multi-platform baseball content seen on FOX Sports and the YES Network.

A philanthropist at heart, Sousa participates in the Cycle for Survival, a nationwide fundraiser that supports rare cancer research and clinical trials at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. This upcoming school year, she will also be supporting a backpack initiative to supply 500+ backpacks to K – 12th graders on Long Island through Operation Impact. Sousa also serves as the president of the Hofstra Radio Alumni Association.

Sousa has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Hofstra University in 2019, where she graduated cum laude. She was named in Radio Ink Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Superstars. She is also a member of the Alliance for Women in Media and has served as a judge for the 2024 Gracie Awards.
