Christopher F. Kelly DPT, MS, CSCS is an adjunct professor in the Department of Health Professions at Hofstra University. A member of the faculty that brings over a decade of experience in the field of exercise, sport science and physical therapy. Chris has earned award and distinction in several degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, a Master of Science in Sport Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Additionally, Chris holds specialty certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and is a certified practitioner of NeuroKinetic Therapy®. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and The Alpha Eta Honor Society. As a researcher, Chris has authored and co-authored several articles with a research interest highlighting human performance, exercise physiology and physical therapy. Always one to practice what he preaches, Chris pushes the limits of his own performance in several arenas as a nationally competitive powerlifter, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner and avid surfer.
