I. Hofstra University has adopted as its policy on Conflict of Interest the Joint Statement on Preventing Conflicts of Interest in Government Sponsored Research at Universities.
II. The administrator, designated as Government Liaison Officer, shall advise faculty and staff in questions relating to conflicts of interest and shall pilot and control implementation of the policy. Policy #8 of this series applies here.
