The workshop is open to students in the MA program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at a discounted rate. The workshop will certify participants to administer and provide feedback on the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series.
The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series includes four development-focused reports. Based on Hogan’s trademark assessments, the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), each report offers information regarding the characteristics, competencies, and values that underlie how a leader approaches work, leadership, and interaction with others in the workplace. These assessments are designed for executives and high-level individual contributors and can be used to coach and build self-awareness.
