Position Specification

We are pleased to share the position specification for the Hofstra University President. It was developed with broad input, including perspectives gleaned from our university listening sessions, discussion with the Search Committee, and the expertise of the search consultants at Spencer Stuart. The listening sessions included student leaders, faculty, deans, vice presidents, administrators and other employees, alumni, trustees and President Rabinowitz.  As you will see, it was written to appropriately reflect the character of Hofstra University and the opportunity for the next President.
