How to Request Enrollment Verification

1. Log into the Hofstra portal
2. Click the Student Services tab from the left hand menu
3. Click Student Records
4. Click Request Enrollment Verification
5. You will be redirected to the National Student Clearinghouse website
6. Select from the options:
   • Obtain an enrollment certificate to print and mail to a health insurer or other company that requests proof of your enrollment (Current enrollment or All enrollment).
   • View the enrollment information on file with the Clearinghouse.
   • View the student loan deferment notifications that the Clearinghouse has provided to your loan holders (lenders and guarantors).
   • View the proof(s) of enrollment that the Clearinghouse has provided to your health insurers and other providers of student services or products.
   • View specific information about your student loans.
