Environmental Wellness

Environmental Wellness involves being able to be safe and feel safe. This may include access to clean air, food, and water; preserving the community in which we live, learn, and work; occupying environments that support our well-being; and promoting learning, contemplation, and relaxation in natural places and spaces.

Environmental Wellness Tips

  • Make time to be in nature often during each week. Have lunch outside when possible.
  • Recycle as much as possible.
  • Decorating your room to be pleasing and relaxing. 
  • Replace chemical cleaning products with natural alternatives.
  • Limit your screen time.
  • Declutter your space.
