Master of Public Health In Focus: Ronald Sanchez
Ronald Sanchez, a native of the Dominican Republic, raised in Queens, New York and alum of Hofstra University's Master of Public Health program. Ronald received a BA from Queens College, CUNY in Interdisciplinary Studies: Chemistry, Latin American & Latino Studies.
Currently, Ronald is working as a healthcare analyst at Healthfirst Inc. As a team member of the data team within the finance analysis division, his role includes maintaining data sets; programming financial models; and applying analytics to finance, population health and managed care principles. Ronald strives to work to leverage the use of population health data and analytics to drive strategy and quality of care.
Ronald is a member of Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity Inc. and participates in various softball leagues throughout the year.
