In a typed, double-spaced paper, include the answers to the following questions plus anything else you agree to with your internship faculty sponsor. Use your journal as a resource.

Minimum Required Pages:

1 cr. 5-8 pages

2 cr. 8-10 pages

3 cr. 10-15 pages

1. What did your internship entail? What did you observe, learn, experience?
2. How did you apply what you learned in the classroom to the internship experience?
3. Did your supervisor(s) provide you with learning opportunities or make an effort to train you? Explain.
4. Do you feel satisfied with the variety and nature of experiences of your internship? What part of the internship stands out the most? Explain.
5. How will you use the internship experience in the future?
6. Summarize your main thoughts and observations regarding your internship.
7. Would you recommend that this company be retained as a participant in the internship program? Why or why not?
