On-Campus Recruitment: We offer the opportunity to recruit on campus and hold interviews during Fall and Spring semesters.

Career Fairs: Join over 150 companies who visit Hofstra campus to recruit for full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities. We typically have general Career Fairs in both Fall and Spring as well as a Fall Accounting/Finance/IT Fair. To participate in upcoming fairs, register in Handshake.

Corporate Information Sessions: By sharing information about your company and current openings, you will not only have the opportunity to create a relationship with Zarb, but will learn more about Zarb graduate students and how they can assist your company in reaching its long term goals.

Zarb Networking Events: Graduate Business Career Relations hosts several events per semester focusing on a variety of topics to include Analytics Careers, Finance Industry Panel, and Corporate Roundtables. This is a great way to meet and recruit top talent. Contact GBCS today for more information on our next event.

  • “We’ve been working with the Zarb School at Hofstra for some years now.  We run a robust intern program at McQuilling Services and have staffed positions with many Zarb students in the past.  We put them to work and they rise to the occasion, every time.  We’ve been very satisfied with the program and the supply of enthusiastic and capable individuals coming from Zarb.  We’ve even hired from the intern pool into permanent positions at McQuilling.  We currently employ one Zarb School alum and have two Zarb interns on the desk.”

-Dave Saginaw, Commercial Director, McQuilling Services, LLC

  • “For Long Island based businesses such as Walkers Shortbread, Hofstra’s Zarb School offers the opportunity to recruit emerging talent locally.  Walkers began working with Zarb Graduate Business Career Relations this year, and are happy to report that we’ve made our first MBA hire from the school. The dedication of Zarb Career Services and quality of the student population that we encountered has been excellent.”

-Mark Kleinman, President & CEO, Walkers Shortbread, Inc.

  • “Canon welcomed the Zarb Business students to visit the Corporate Showroom and to also meet with representatives from our Human Resource team. It was nice to see how interested and engaged the students were to learn about Canon's History and to better understand the full breath of Canon's Products. Our Talent and Acquisition team gave an overview regarding internship and job opportunities at Canon.”
