Hofstra’s Precollegiate Academy offers high school students immersive, week-long experiences exploring potential careers through hands-on courses taught by certified educators, industry professionals, and University professors. Participants delve into specialized academic tracks while engaging in interactive lectures, collaborative projects, and activities. They also benefit from career services workshops and guidance designed to help them connect their academic interests with future career paths, while experiencing Hofstra’s state-of-the-art classrooms, libraries, studios, and labs.
