Official transcript requests are being processed in the order that they were received. Due to the increased volume and revised office procedures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing delays in our processing times for new requests. We appreciate your patience. All students and alumni are asked to make transcript requests via the Hofstra Portal using their network ID to log in. Click on the Primary Navigation icon in the top left corner to access the complete drop-down menu. Choose the Student Services tab and click on Request Printed/Official Transcript under Student Records. This is a free service for all Hofstra students. For assistance using the Portal, contact the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or 516-463-7777.
Those who cannot access the Hofstra Portal may complete a Transcript Request Form for an additional processing fee. The Transcript Request Form can be submitted in one of the following ways:

Note: The University shall withhold diplomas, certificates, transcripts, and other University services until all financial obligations have been met.

Requests submitted via the Hofstra Portal are free of charge. Transcripts ordered with the Transcript Request Form and rush orders are subject to the fees listed below.

A student in good standing may receive a transcript required by the armed forces without charge. No transcript will be issued for a student who is in arrears.
Course descriptions from 1997 onward are available online for free at bulletin.hofstra.edu by selecting “Bulletin Archives” from the menu. For course descriptions from prior to 1997, requests are processed through the Office of Academic Records/Registrar upon written request. Requests can be made by emailing Registrar@hofstra.edu.
