RENEE MCLEOD-SORDJAN, DNP, PHDC, APRN is an alumnus of Pace University.  Presently, she is Assistant Clinical Professor of graduate nursing at Pace University and is Director of Clinical Bioethics for the North Shore –LIJ Health System. Her current second doctoral research at Adelphi University addresses health literacy and readiness for end of life discussion.  She is an active member of the American Academy of HIV Medicine, American Nurses Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Society of Bioethics and Humanities, National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculty and Sigma Theta Tau.
