If you would like the marketing team to send out a message via Slate Deliver, please complete the applicable form below.

Note: Requests may take up to two weeks to fulfill. Please take this into consideration when completing the form.

ALL fields must be completed in order for us to fulfill this request. If you do not submit all of the information we require, we will not be able to send your communication.  

NOTE: We ask that you proofread all text before sending. We may edit grammar or formatting to be compatible with our CMS.  

  • The information you supply will get added to our communication plan (database of all the messaging we send). 
  • Our team will enter your text into Slate via Deliver.  
  • The query is created (or list is attached if that’s what you provide) based on the population/cohort provided and then reviewed/approved.
  • The text of the communication is tested to our team, reviewed for grammatical errors, incorrect links, etc. 
  • Text approver will approve or send back corrections.  
  • The message is queued - sent to the approved population with the approved text.
