What made you pursue a career as a physician assistant?
Medicine and being of service to others have been my life’s passions. The PA profession enables one to become a true advocate for patients and a vehicle to make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Tell us about your current employment.
The faculty assisted me in obtaining my current position at New York-Presbyterian Methodist Hospital in the Rehabilitation Medicine & Neurology Department. I received my offer letter literally 23 days after graduation. I am fortunate to say that I look forward to working there until I retire.

How did your experience at Hofstra prepare you for your job search?
The PA Program is an academically rigorous program. However, it teaches you not only to pass the medical board exam but truly prepares you to become a successful medical provider.

What was your favorite part of the Physician Assistant Studies Program?
My favorite part of the program was the personalized attention and the support I received from each faculty member and staff. It was an extraordinary experience!
