Community Service Opportunities
The Office of Student Advocacy and Prevention Awareness has a strong commitment to community service and civic engagement. Throughout the year, our students devote their time to giving back to the community.

During Spring Break 2018, a group of Hofstra students visited Puerto Rico to do disaster relief work. Over 7 days, these students learned more about the devastation caused by the natural disasters in September 2017. They were able to connect with local residents and assisted in the clean up process.
