The Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics offers cutting-edge Information Technology, Business Analytics and Quality Management programs which embrace an educational culture that combines excellence in teaching and research with dynamic industry-university collaborations. Hofstra offers majors in Information Systems and Business Analytics. In addition, we offer minors in Business and Design; Information Security Management and Policy; Information Systems; Information Systems and Business Analytics.

BBA in Information Systems

This program focuses on information systems and information technology. Students will decide on specific technologies that they are most interested in managing: Network and cyber–security {also earn CISCO certification}, web and commerce, database and big data, healthcare and enterprise systems {look for our SAP certification coming soon}.

BBA in Business Analytics

The program will provide a superior education to undergraduate students and prepare them for business analytics careers in business, government, health care and other not for profit organizations. It also enhances the students' analytical thinking, skills, and practical experience in this field.
