Opening This Fall
New Spaces
The new Science and Innovation Center, a shared facility for the Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies and the DeMatteis School of Engineering and Applied Science will open its doors in the fall of 2023.

Presidential Symposium
September 26th to the 28th, Hofstra will host its annual Presidential Symposium, on this year's topic, "Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: Friend or Foe?"

Hofstra is one of 21 top universities selected to form the core of Micron's new Northeast Semiconductor Network, which focuses on building semiconductor workforce of the future.

While everyone is talking about artificial intelligence, Hofstra is doing something about it. The University has joined with Break Through Tech to provide advanced and practical training for women and nonbinary students in this fast-emerging field.

Renovations are underway to make Bits and Bytes more accessible, and we have completed exterior and interior painting at Hof USA. Improvements have also been made to Hofstra's athletic facilities, as well as a new exterior of the Axinn Library, and upgrades will continue throughout the fall semester, including new windows and a fully renovated study space on the 10th floor.
