Improv Workshop 2018

For Campers Entering Grades 2-5 (Morning Specialty)
For Campers Entering Grades 6-9 (Afternoon Specialty)

Session 1: July 6 - July 44

Forget Shakespeare in the park! How about Shakespeare at camp? OK, we like Shakespeare wherever it happens, but we think it’s even more delightful in our summer camp Improv Workshop. And not just Shakespeare, either – we love the whole variety of theater. Aspiring thespians who choose this unique workshop will learn all about the magic of theater while developing their acting skills. They’ll warm up with theater games and improvisations, build the excitement by writing their own original commercials, broaden their range with scenes and monologues from skits, plays, Broadway scenes, films, television, and literature, and wow their audience in a final performance tailored to their interests.

Note: There is a $50 surcharge per session for additional materials and staff requirements.
