Aditya A. Bissoonauth

Aditya is an alumnus of Hofstra University's Master of Public Health program. During his time as a student, Aditya served as the Treasurer of the Society of Public Health Advocates (SOPHA) graduate student organization.

Aditya is currently employed as a Research Coordinator at Northwell Health located in Manhasset, New York. He is a member of the Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology where he manages clinical trials and health outcomes research in the areas of Diabetes Mellitus, Osteoporosis, Cushing’s disease, and Telehealth. Aditya is an advocate for research, highlighting the importance of addressing healthcare disparities in several disease areas as well as the need for clinical trials to identify new medications that can provide therapeutic effects to patients.

As a proud member of the public health community, Aditya is eager to serve as PHAA’s Event Manager.
