Our Dean’s Business Scholars program offers enrichment opportunities to our high-achieving business students. Students have access to exclusive meet-and-greet events and programs with executives, corporate visits, and exclusive internship and career opportunities.

Tools for Engagement
You will take this course during your first year of your undergraduate program, exposing you to concepts across business disciplines. Whether you are an undecided business major or have selected a major, this course will help you become familiar with the role that business serves in society in a dynamic global environment. Become acclimated to college life and Hofstra with guidance from more advanced peer mentors while gaining professional development skills.
Our living-learning community is a 55-unit-residence located in Utrecht, a building in The Netherlands complex on North Campus that is just for first-year students. It is made up of suites with two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge. Live with other business students and take courses together while establishing relationships with other business majors. Take advantage of exclusive business programming right in your residence led by Resident Assistants.
We offer over two dozen undergraduate and graduate student organizations to join. Organizations span business disciplines, allowing you to build your résumé while getting to know other business students. Our organizations meet individually during the fall and spring semesters and collaborate on programming.
Gain international perspective and experience other cultures as a Zarb student through our various programs.
Our dual-degree program with Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE) will take you inside Chinese business over the course of a year and take you to China for a culminating experience, equipping you with a global experience unlike any other.
