Inclusive Hiring Workshop

Inclusive Hiring Workshops provide faculty, staff, and administrators with strategies and tools to strengthen recruitment practices. These sessions guide individuals and search committees in recognizing their role in conducting successful searches. By removing barriers in the hiring process, we can continue to attract exceptional talent to join the Hofstra community, advancing our academic mission and benefiting the entire University.

The Office of Equity and Inclusion offers online and in-person Inclusive Hiring Workshops for all faculty members, staff, and administrators participating on search committees. A refresher workshop is offered for members who need to renew their training. Sign up for the refresher if you have attended a previous workshop.
