This summer, Speedy Claxton Boys Basketball Camps are a slam dunk of fun and training! Your son will love learning the fundamentals of basketball and improving every aspect of his game – from dribbling, passing, ball-handling, shooting, running, rebounding, footwork, defense - and so much more.
At Hofstra’s popular Boys Basketball camps, our goal is for all participants to improve and reach their maximum potential. We provide individual coaching and group instruction as wells as 5-on-5 games and supervised competition. Campers are taught techniques and philosophies utilized by college and professional coaches and players. Campers are grouped according to age, skill level and experience.
Your son will enhance his understanding of teamwork and competitive spirit, while upping his athletic ability and good sportsmanship
Boys Basketball Camps Will Teach Your Child What It Take to Be A Real Winner!
Besides learning basketball, Speedy Claxton Boys Basketball Camps utilize our university’s state-of-the-art, air-conditioned David S. Mack Sports Complex basketball arena, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, premiere dining facilities, indoor and heated Olympic-sized swimming pool, and fully equipped infirmary staffed by registered nurses.
