Dr. Petr Kolar, an Assistant Professor from the University of Economics, Prague, returns home to the Czech Republic this weekend. Dr. Kolar has been working in the Department since October 1st, conducting transport geography research under the guidance of and in collaboration with Dr. Jean-Paul Rodrigue. We were fortunate not only to have Dr. Kolar's very genial presence, but also to have enjoyed his guest lectures in several of our classes this semester. A fond farewell to him!
