Grant Saff has been elected Vice President of the Middle States Division, Association of America Geographers (MSDAAG) for 2015. This places him into the rotation for being President of the Middle States in 2016, when it is expected that the annual conference of the Association will be held at Hofstra University.
In addition, he remains the Regional Councilor of the MSDAAG (until July 2015) and is also the Treasurer of the full Association of American Geographers, where he serves on the 6-person Executive Committee and Chairs the Finance Committee.
The Middle States Division is a regional subdivision of the Association of American Geographers representing members and geography departments in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico. The MSDAAG exists to advance investigations in geography and to encourage the application of geographic findings in education, government, and business.
