New! Resident students may now report issues in their residence halls via the WebTMA Work Request Form via the Applications menu on the Hofstra Student Portal. For more information contact the Residential Life office at (516) 463-6930. Other Hofstra students should report issues to a Hofstra staff member. Maintenance (except for emergency, health and safety) issues are reported by the Hofstra staff member using the WebTMA Request form, located on the Applications menu on the Employee Portal. WebTMA training is provided to Hofstra staff members via remote connection to your My Hofstra desktop. No appointment is needed.
