Note: A Medication Request Form must be filled out by your child's physician, and must either be sent into the camp office ahead of time or accompany the medication being dropped off.
Medication must be in the original container, including the label with your campers name, dosage, and the prescriber's name.

VPA: Virtual Reality Painting and Digital Arts
In this innovative new course, young artists will get a crash course in the most cutting-edge digital tools and technologies available today, including the explosive new field of Virtual Reality art. Using state-of-the-art Oculus VR technology, campers can now paint wondrous works of art within a captivating virtual 3D space which must truly be seen to be believed. In addition, campers will work with a plethora of industry leading tools and mediums, such as Adobe Photoshop, Google Tiltbrush, Paint3D, Wacom drawing tablets, TinkerCAD, Pixel/Voxel art, and much more! Whether you aspire to be a classic artist, graphic designer, cartoonist, game artist, 3D designer, or beyond, each camper will come away with a great insight into the industry as well as a digital portfolio of all their finished works!
Schedule Half the day consists of Virtual Painting and Digital Arts. For the other half of the day, your child is placed in a recreation group of 8-10 campers in of the same grade and gender where all campers enjoy lunch, instructional swim and recreational sports.
Please note that opening of on-campus summer camp or any on-campus programs will be subject to all then-current New York State and Nassau County Department of Health requirements and guidance. Any individual visiting the Hofstra campus or attending on-campus programs or camps will be required to follow all such rules and University policies relating to health and safety. Participants will be notified of University policies prior to the start of any on-campus program.
