2026 PRESIDENTIAL SYMPOSIUM
The Future of Work
Tuesday, September 29 – Thursday, October 1, 2026
The nature of work is shifting faster than ever — reshaped by technological disruption, evolving industries, and changing expectations of skills and careers. What does it mean to be “career ready” in a world where the target is constantly moving? This symposium invites faculty and students to explore the future of work, examine emerging career pathways, and assess how universities can prepare individuals for a lifetime of adaptation and growth.
The State of the University Address will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
Call for Proposals
As we begin the planning process, we request that each school solicit proposals from their faculty to be submitted directly to their Dean for consideration.
