History:
Founded in 1911, KDP is one of the oldest discipline-specific honor societies in the United States.

Membership:
Open to students and professionals in education who meet specific academic and professional requirements.

Undergraduate

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 with 62 or more semester hour credits
• Minimum education GPA 3.75 with 12 or more education credits

Graduate

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.75
• Minimum 6 semester hour credits
