Entrepreneurship Program for Teens: Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Technology


Whether your teen wants to become an entrepreneur or is inspired to excel at a Fortune 500 company, the Entrepreneurship Program for Teens, offered through Hofstra University Continuing Education, and in collaboration with Hofstra University’s Center for Entrepreneurship, can set the foundation for their future success.

Hofstra University was recently ranked by Forbes as one of the nation’s most entrepreneurial universities. Additionally, the Center for Entrepreneurship opened the ideaHub, a state-of-the-art interactive collaborative laboratory for students who are interested in entrepreneurship and seek mentorship to develop their business ideas. ideaHub is the home of the Center for Entrepreneurship, and all of its events, and entrepreneurially-focused student organizations.

These entrepreneurship programs are open to teens from 14 to 18 years old.

Developed Specifically for Future Business Leaders
The innovative series of courses within the Business Certificate Program provides students with the opportunity to explore careers in business and accelerate their academic pursuits while meeting other students who share their interests.

Facility / Classroom Location: The Teen Entrepreneur Startup Academy will be held at the Center for Entrepreneurship IdeaHub. The Introduction to Finance and Investment class will be held in an appropriate computer lab.
