Karen Kolb has been an Educational Consultant, Teacher/Trainer, and Success and Development Coach for 25 years. The founder of LegUp On Your Future, LLC. / Karen Kolb Coaching, as well as a former Adjunct Professor, Mrs. Kolb is a highly-experienced and dedicated professional, with an up-to-date knowledge of educational policy and curricula, pedagogy/andragogy, and Positive and Educational Psychology. Mrs. Kolb is a PhD. student at the University of Buffalo, holds a Master of Science from Pace University, a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University, and is a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner, as well.
Professor Katherine O’Connor is a forensic scientist and an adjunct professor at Hofstra University. She was trained as a DNA expert and works at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in New York City. MORE
Professor Terence Ryan is a sports management professor who has instructed for more than 15 years in several local college sports management programs including St. Johns University and Farmingdale State. In addition, he has coached at both the youth and collegiate level in various sports.

Professor Dayna Troisi is a freelance writer, poet and teacher. She recently earned an MFA in poetry from Hofstra University. She has taught Creative Writing at Hofstra University and Rena’s Promise International Creative Writing Camp. Her essays have been published in Buzzfeed, Vice, Racked, Jezebel, Broadly, SELF, Bright and elsewhere. Her poems have been published in Wordgathering, all the sins, The Tiny Tim Review, Stirring and more. Her spoken word poetry has been performed at KGB Bar, Canios and Harbor Books. MORE
