FAQ

Letters: Once a student registers for a diploma, all letters will be automatically sent via email regarding requirements, deadlines, and many other questions involving the commencement ceremonies.

  • Please make sure that your address on file with the Office of Academic Records is current.
  • If you have registered after the deadline for graduation, you will be receiving a letter and academic attire will be ordered for you.

Academic Attire: There is no fee for the academic attire, and it will be yours to keep after the ceremony.

Diplomas: Diplomas are ordered by the Office of Academic Records and will only be issued after all financial and academic obligations are satisfied. It usually takes three months for delivery of your diploma to your home address.
