Additional Ticket Lottery Process: (MIDYEAR COMMENCEMENT)

Each Midyear commencement candidate  will receive six (6) assigned seat tickets to the ceremony.

Requests for additional tickets can be obtained by placing your name into a lottery during academic attire distribution on Wednesday and Thursday, December 11 and December 12, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the Plaza Rooms in the Mack Student Center.

Candidates for graduation may request as many additional tickets as desired, BUT when the lottery is conducted, each recipient will be awarded only two (2) tickets.  Once everyone on the lottery list has been awarded two (2) tickets, the lottery will be conducted again using the same method of two (2) tickets awarded until all remaining tickets have been distributed.

Lottery winners will be contacted at their Hofstra Pride email on Friday, December 13, 2019.  Lottery winners must respond to the email that they are taking the additional tickets, or they will be given to the next person on the list.

All tickets must be picked up by the requesting student  on Monday, December 16, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Room 112 Mack Student Center.

Please note that the additional tickets will not be in the same seating section as the original six (6) tickets.
