SGA Documents
Constitution & Policy Series
The SGA Constitution & Policy Series are the documents that govern the policies and procedures of the Hofstra Student Government Association. Every four years, a Constitutional Convention is formed to fully re-assess the governing documents. In the interim, senators may bring forth legislation to modify the current documents. A two-thirds (2/3) majority of Senate is required for this legislation to pass. For an abridged version of SGA Policies and Procedures, please see their Policies Packet handed to all organizations during Club Congress and Advisor Training.
